Who we are
This notice covers the TecPro99 website operated by Tec.Pro99 in Chicago. Contact us using the email, phone or postal address below.
Information we collect
A repair request requires your name, US phone number and permission to contact you about that request. Email, device details, the problem description and preferred contact method are optional, except that an email is needed for email contact or an optional offers subscription. Hosting and security providers process technical data such as IP address, browser information, request times and security results. Do not submit device passcodes, account passwords, payment card numbers, health data or other sensitive information.
How we use it
We use request details to respond, arrange service, maintain repair records and protect the site against abuse. Contact about an individual repair is separate from marketing. We record your service-contact consent and your separate email-offers choice with the request. We send offers only if you actively select that optional email subscription. To unsubscribe, use the unsubscribe method in an offer or email us. Repair assistance does not depend on subscribing. We do not request consent to marketing texts through this website.
Who receives information
Our authorized staff and service providers supporting hosting (Vercel), security (Cloudflare Turnstile), our repair-management system and necessary business communications process information for those purposes. Opening a map or external link takes you to that provider’s site and privacy practices. With your optional analytics permission, Google Analytics processes page visits, interactions and technical identifiers; repair form contents are excluded from our analytics events. With separate advertising-measurement permission, an ad click reference, event times, reservations and paid repair value may be shared with OpenAI. Names, phone numbers and email addresses are excluded from that advertising measurement. We may disclose information where required by law or to address fraud or legal claims.
Cookies, tracking and choices
Optional analytics and advertising measurement are off before you choose. Use “Your privacy choices” in the footer to reject or withdraw either permission. We treat Global Privacy Control (GPC) and Do Not Track (DNT: 1) browser signals as a refusal of both optional categories. This browser choice does not cancel your repair request or unsubscribe your email address. Optional advertising identifiers can constitute sharing under some state privacy laws; rejecting advertising measurement prevents this website from attaching them to new repair requests. We do not use this website to sell your repair contact details for money. See Cookies & Privacy Choices for storage details and provider links.
Retention and security
We retain repair and consent records as needed to handle your request, provide service, resolve disputes and meet legal recordkeeping obligations. Retention depends on those needs; browser preferences expire after 180 days and ad-attribution context after 30 days. These browser periods do not delete repair records. We limit data collection and use encrypted connections and controlled access. No transmission or storage system is completely secure. Contact us about deletion or a security concern; do not email passwords or identity documents unless we arrange a secure method.
Your requests and applicable rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete information, withdraw an optional permission or unsubscribe from offers using the contact details below. Depending on your residence and applicable law, you may have additional rights concerning portability, restriction, targeted advertising, sale or sharing, appeal, or use of an authorized agent. We may need proportionate information to verify a request and may retain records where law permits or requires. You will not lose repair assistance for exercising privacy choices. Browser choices apply to that browser; use the control on each device.
Children and changes
The site is for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can address it. We publish changes to this notice here with an updated effective date and obtain new permission when required.
